SDI Hospital Radiology Practice

SDI is the radiology group of St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Joseph's Women's Hospital, and St. Joseph's Children's Hospital of Tampa.

Our state-of-the-art special procedures are performed by specially-trained interventional radiologists in the hospital setting.  Additionally, our neuroradiologists are a vital part of the Neuroscience Program at St. Joseph's, National Center of Excellence, performing special neurointerventional procedures only available at select locations throughout the country.

We have a radiologist on site at our central St. Joseph's location 24 hours a day as important parts of the ER and Intensive Care teams.  From this location we provide immediate quality care via our high-tech PACS and teleradiology networks to St. Joseph's Hospital and other locations.

St. Joseph's Hospital, a member of the St. Joseph's-Baptist Health Care System, is located at 3001 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd just East of Dale Mabry Highway. SDI Radiologists have been with St. Joseph's Hospital since 1967. Along with staffing the Radiology Department at the hospital, SDI Radiologists also staff St. Joseph's Diagnostic Centers located on the main campus, in Carrollwood, and in Westchase.

St. Joseph's Women's Hospital is a hospital dedicated to the health of women and their newborn children.  It is located just across the street from the main campus on West Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.  The Breast Center at St. Joseph's is part of the outpatient imaging (radiology) department with a direct entrance at the back of the hospital.

Joseph's Children's Hospital of Tampa is Tampa's only free-standing hospital for children.  It is located at the corner of Habana and West Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. adjacent to St. Joseph's Hospital.
